Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sponsorship & Marketing, located in Delhi, India. The Manager will be responsible for securing sponsorships, developing marketing strategies, managing relationships with sponsors and partners, and increasing the visibility of events and festivals. Daily tasks include prospecting new sponsors, creating compelling sponsorship proposals, executing marketing campaigns, overseeing event promotions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
- Sponsorship acquisition and relationship management skills
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Experience in the arts and culture sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
