Conducting Interviews & Hiring
Ensuring Work Discipline in the Team (Late Comings, Leaves to be controlled)
Ensure all employees follow work ethics, honesty & integrity (Take Appropriate Action with no compromise)
Making BDE & CE work Route Wise so that each and every area is penetrated well
Reworking on Routes in regular intervals to ensure all the routes are made equally potential for BDE & CE
Ensuring the Collection Executives Collects / Visits all the FBOs which are there in the Day Plan & also meet all the Enrolled FBOs of BDEs
Making Database of all FBOs in the City & Ensuring 100% Market Penetration by the BDEs, KAMs & CEs
Making Monthly Plan & Day Plan for Collection Executives and BDEs
Training BDEs & Collection Executives on Field
Accompanying full working day on field with every new executive and demonstrate a complete working day.
Ensuring the Collection Executives & Drivers Leaves for Field on Time (9 AM Sharp)
Creating Database for Large FBOs and closing minimum 4 Large FBOs every month
Ensuring 100% EC FBOs are met
Ensuring Target Achievement of BDEs & CEs
Creating Database of Vendors & Ensuring Collection and Growth from Vendors
Ensuring Managers maintain speaking mannerism while speaking to their team mates
Travelling as and when required
Managing the Role of Depot Executive in the Absence of Depot Executives
Relationship Building & Customer Care
Cultivate strong relationships with High UCO Disposing FBOs & FSSAI Officers
Handling FBO Queries & Complaints
Track Leads Received from FBOs and ensuring timely visits
Meeting Drop Out FBOs
Meeting Key Account FBOs
Record Maintaining
Maintaining Traceability Data of UCO (Collecting ISCC Forms & Agreement from all FBO's)
Maintaining records of Resigned Employees
Auditing Petty Cash & UCO Funds
Maintaining UCO Transported to Plant File (Invoice & Eway)
Maintaining Stock Report & Funds Report
Depot Agreements
Vehicle Documents
25 KG Can Audit
Monitoring
CE - Vehicle Utilization Report
EC FBO Tracking Report
BDE Daily Performance & Visit Report
KAM Report
Monitoring Depot Executives
Preferred candidate profile :
successful Horeca Business Development Manager (BDM) should have a strong understanding of the Horeca industry, proven experience in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
