Role Summary

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in the BPO/outsourcing sector. If you have a proven track record of closing BPO deals (customer support, sales, back office), strong outbound sales experience, and an existing network in Indian or global markets, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new BPO business opportunities across industries (e.g., startups, ecommerce, fintech, healthtech)
  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and channel partnerships
  • Build compelling pitch decks, proposals, and pricing models tailored to client needs
  • Clearly articulate MFS Services' value proposition: lean operations, cost-efficiency, and speed-to-launch
  • Own the entire sales funnel—from outreach to negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Represent MFS at industry events and monitor outsourcing trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in BPO/KPO/outsourcing sales or business development
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and deal closure (India/international)
  • Excellent command of solution selling in customer support or back-office outsourcing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Independent, self-driven, and metrics-focused

Preferred:

  • Network in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, healthtech, or startup ecosystems
  • Experience in scaling a BD function in an early-stage or growth-stage company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
