Job Title: US IT Staffing – Client Acquisition / Client Relationship Manager
Experience: 3 – 20 Years
Location: Open (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client acquisition and expanding business with Tier-1 and enterprise clients (TCS, Capgemini, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc.).
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with direct clients and MSP/VMS partners.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and hiring needs, and coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive new business development in staffing by identifying and onboarding new client accounts.
- Negotiate terms of business (rate cards, SLAs, commercials) with clients.
- Ensure regular client engagement and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for client accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing (Client Acquisition / Account Management).
- Strong network and direct client relationships with TCS, Capgemini, HCL, Infosys, or similar enterprises.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and account expansions.
Compensation: Best in the industry – fixed + attractive incentives based on closures and revenue.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹55,620.10 per month
