Job Title: Client Acquisition Manager
Remote opportunity

We are looking for experienced and potential candidate to onboard and broaden the client base for the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients in need of manpower, staffing, or workforce outsourcing services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and expand the company's client base.
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, IT, and more.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development/sales in staffing, recruitment, or workforce outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of the manpower industry, contract staffing, temp hiring, or third-party payroll services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹27,000.00 per month
