**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their recruitment needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize agency revenue.

Develop strategies for creating and implementing marketing campaigns,

Reporting & Documenting the sales activities, client interactions and pipeline status.

Recruitment: Assist in recruitment as and when needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Knowledge of various presentation and MS office tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
