**Sales Intern Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the reporting authority or assigned Senior, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients/prospects and schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers and fill the prospect and qualify new sales leads and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets, along with observing and carrying out sales processes by updating documents and sales records.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions as when required in aligned discussion with IT Team.
- Assisting team in negotiations with the clients/prospects and coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
**Sales Intern Requirements**:
- High school diploma or B-Tech with MBA Sales and Marketing.
- Degree in marketing, business or similar may be required.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like word, excel and presentation
**Compensation**: This is a **commission-based** internship with earnings of **10% to 15% of the total project value acquired**. Exceptional performers may be considered for full-time roles.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹9,307.17 - ₹32,932.35 per month
