Location: Delhi NCR / Remote (client-based travel as required)
Employment Type: Commission / Incentive only (no fixed monthly salary)
About the Role
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our agency-driven team in the role of Client Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and bringing in new clients for our website design & development services. Your compensation will be entirely incentive-based: no fixed monthly salary, instead you will receive a pre-agreed cut (percentage or fixed amount) on the principal project value after you have successfully delivered the project to the client.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify and engage potential clients who require website design and development services.
Qualify leads and present our service offerings to decision-makers (business owners, marketing heads, etc.).
Negotiate project scope, pricing and terms in collaboration with our internal team.
Ensure smooth hand-over and transition to our delivery team upon client onboarding.
Track each lead and conversion, and align with our internal billing/payment processes to ensure incentive eligibility.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, proposals, closed deals and incentive calculations.
Work independently and proactively to generate a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Proven experience in client acquisition, sales-business development, or similar (preferably in digital services or agency environment).
Comfortable working on a purely commission/incentive basis — you will not receive a fixed monthly salary.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build rapport with business decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, target-focused, persistent, and willing to own the full acquisition process.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams (design, development, project management) to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
Familiarity with web design/development services, or the ability to quickly learn and articulate the value proposition.
Compensation Model
No base salary; compensation is 100% incentive-based.
You will receive a pre-defined cut (either a fixed fee or percentage) of the principal contract value once the project is successfully delivered and the client has made payment to the agency.
Clear terms and documentation will be provided at the outset outlining how incentives are calculated, timing of payment, and deliverables required.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their ability to generate revenue and prefers a high-reward, performance-driven compensation model.
