**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a dynamic, target-driven professional to lead client acquisition and marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, pitching our recruitment services, closing commercial terms, and onboarding clients for our internal recruitment team to support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pitch recruitment/placement services to potential clients and understand their hiring needs
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms (terms of business)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and closures via CRM or spreadsheets
- Ensure smooth client handover to recruiters after agreement finalization
- Work with management to strategize marketing efforts targeting specific industries

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, client acquisition, (preferably in recruitment/HR services)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
