**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing and Recruitment**
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top global talent for operational roles.
**Global Recruitment Expertise**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operational positions across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with international hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in global markets.
**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**
- Partner with global team leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement tools and technologies to improve the global recruitment workflow.
- Develop and maintain recruitment playbooks and guidelines for operational hiring.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for operational roles across global teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience recruiting for U.S.based companies with a global workforce.
- Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.

Pay: ₹9,836.42 - ₹42,988.31 per month
