Job Title: Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Use online job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and help streamline the hiring process.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging experience for all candidates.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields are welcome.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or people management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
