About the Internship

The Talent Acquisition Intern at Dreamfoot will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a corporate HR environment.

By assisting in recruitment activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting onboarding initiatives, the talent acquisitionIntern will contribute to building a strong and efficient talent acquisition function within the company.

Role & Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates that best fit job requirements.
  • Support in creating and posting engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.

2. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

3. Recruitment Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling recruitment-related data.
  • Support in preparing weekly/monthly hiring reports as needed.

4. Onboarding & HR Support

  • Assist in onboarding activities for newly hired employees to ensure a seamless joining experience.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
  • Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior internship experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Stipend: 5K PM.
  • Work Mode: Remote
