**Key Responsibilities:Recruitment**:

- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

**Database Management**:

- Ensure accurate entry of recruitment and onboarding data into HR systems.
- Maintain internal databases, folders, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
- Support HR operations in data collection and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
