**Client Acquisition & Management**:
- Identify and generate leads for companies requiring recruitment services.
- Pitch recruitment solutions to potential clients and secure business deals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of their hiring needs.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities in various industries.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and client requirements to position the company competitively.
- **Business Strategy Execution**:
- Develop tailored business proposals for different clients and industries.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Sales & Revenue Goals**:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly follow up with clients to upsell additional recruitment services.
- **Reporting & Communication**:
- Provide regular updates on lead status, sales progress, and achieved KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with CRM software and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Pay: ₹9,842.79 - ₹33,034.58 per month
