Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services
- Build strong relationships with HRs and Hiring Managers
- Pitch solutions: Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, RPO.
- Manage client onboarding, agreements, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment field as client acquisition (4+ years)
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn,jobportals, and cold outreach

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
