Pitch our recruitment services to decision-makers and HR heads.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
- Schedule and lead client meetings (virtual/in-person) and follow up consistently.
- Negotiate terms and close new business contracts.
- Maintain CRM entries and track client acquisition progress.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- 6 months of experience in business development or client acquisition (preferably in recruitment/staffing).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment industry trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
