Job Title: Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition – Domestic IT Staffing

Experience: 2 – 12 Years
Location: Bangalore (or Pan India as per your hiring need)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for domestic staffing services (IT, Non-IT, and Contract hiring).
  • Generate leads through networking, references, cold calls, LinkedIn, and industry connects.
  • Pitch staffing solutions to potential clients and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements (skills, budgets, timelines) and share them internally with the delivery/recruitment team.
  • Ensure regular client engagement and relationship building to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiate commercials, terms, and agreements with clients.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality candidate submissions and timely closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Domestic Staffing Business Development / Client Acquisition.
  • Strong network and connects with HR/TA Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders in top Indian enterprises, IT companies, and non-IT corporates.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation → JD acquisition → client onboarding).
  • Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
