Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager - CoWorking role based in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving set sales targets. The role includes managing sales processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends to develop growth strategies and represent the company's services effectively at networking events.

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in the real estate or shared workspace industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
