Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Kota

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Tally, ERP, GST, TDS, and overall financial management.

The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations, compliance, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

  1. Tally, ERP & Accounting Software Operation

Record, maintain, and reconcile accounts using Tally/ERP.

Prepare financial data, reports, and MIS for management review.

  1. Computer Operation / MS Office (Excel)

Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and MIS.

Regularly manage and respond to official emails.

  1. GST Compliance

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9).

Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B and ensuring timely compliance.

Monitoring and responding to GST notices through the portal.

  1. Income Tax Compliance

Preparation of provisional financials for advance tax calculations.

Tracking and compliance of Income Tax notices and portal updates.

  1. TDS Compliance

Ensure correct TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.

Maintain proper documentation and TDS data reports.

  1. Banking Operations

Handle bank reconciliations, interest & charge tracking.

Prepare documents for bank proposals, compliance, and reporting.

  1. Ledger Management & Reconciliation

Manage and reconcile inter-company, debtor, and creditor ledgers.

Assist in preparation of Trial Balance and provisional accounts.

  1. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.

  1. Audit & Statutory Compliance

Assist auditors during statutory and tax audits.

Provide required reports and data for compliance.

  1. Internal Audit & Controls

Conduct internal checks to ensure data accuracy.

Support internal audit and suggest process improvements.

  1. Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for senior management.

Assist in preparation of costing, trial balance, and provisional financials.

  1. Teamwork & Coordination

Collaborate with accounts, purchase, sales, and HR teams for smooth data flow.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience: 2 to 5 years in accounting, taxation & financial reporting
