Air Freight Manager (Business Development)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development within the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with proven expertise in generating new business and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales initiatives focusing on freight forwarding/logistics.

Utilizing our airline stock

Maintaining strong relations with airlines.

Manage assigned geographical sales areas or product lines to maximize revenue and market coverage in line with corporate objectives.

Achieve sales targets in terms of both revenue and volume by expanding the client base.

Generate sales from new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.

Handle key accounts and ensure consistent engagement with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

Develop prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and relationship management.

Monitor and manage sales leads, ensuring effective follow-ups and conversions.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective freight forwarding and logistics solutions to clients.

Negotiate with corporates and decision-makers to close deals and enhance business revenue.

Strong understanding of sales operations, market dynamics, and client requirements.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory

Qualification
Mandatory: Graduate Any Specialization

Experience: 4 to 5 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in MNC Freight Forwarding / Logistics)Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PMSalary Range: As per company norms.
