Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Faridabad. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, and addressing patient concerns. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
