  • Monitor call quality, latency, and bandwidth usage.
  • Manage VoIP integrations with CRM, call centers, and UC platforms.
  • Ensure VoIP security (encryption, fraud prevention).
  • Work with vendors for upgrades and escalations.

Education Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Telecommunications.
  • Certifications (CCNP Collaboration, Avaya, Asterisk Certified, SIP certifications) highly desirable.

Skills Required:

1. Essential

  • VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323).
  • Cisco/Avaya/Asterisk/3CX experience.( Avaya)
  • Network troubleshooting (QoS, VLANs, Firewalls, NAT).
  • Session Border Controllers & Gateways.

2. Desired:

  • Cloud telephony (MS Teams Voice, Zoom, RingCentral).
  • Scripting for automation.
  • Advanced VoIP certifications.
