Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers/ Inside Sales Specialists to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential clients from the US market.
  • Prospecting for new clients and turning it into increased business. Skilled in using tools like sales navigator, Zoom info, Apollo, Email automation, HubSpot, Lusha, other email marketing platforms. They will also have to do cold calling for the initial reach out.
  • End-to-End Business Development: Lead the entire business development process from identifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Client Networking: Utilize your extensive network and connections with medium to large enterprises to generate new business opportunities from US market
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Cold call as appropriate within a defined market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the Organizations practice leaders.
  • Identify opportunities through Online Marketing campaigns, client references, and other networking channels, which will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the Sales function, and ensure accurate data.
  • Track and record activity on all potential clients and help to close deals to meet the Annual Sales target.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Inside sales, business development or related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates from US universities.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Time Zone Adaptability: Be willing to work in US Eastern shift

Pay: ₹450, ₹900,000.00 per year
