Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Avatras Amazon business in USA and Canada
  • Own P&L, sales, margins, and growth on both marketplaces
  • Launch and optimize product listings (SEO, A+ content, images, titles)
  • Plan and run Amazon ads Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP (if relevant)
  • Track and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR, and LTV
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10, Brand Analytics
  • Coordinate review generation and customer experience
  • Work with our design/content teams to improve images and videos
  • Plan new product launches and rank them fast
  • Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
  • Monitor competitors, category trends, and pricing changes regularly
  • Send weekly reports with key numbers and next steps

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years experience in managing Amazon Seller Central for US and/or Canada
  • Must have scaled a brand to at least $1M/year on Amazon USA
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads Console, ACoS, TACoS, keyword strategy
  • Hands-on experience in listing creation, optimization, and Amazon SEO
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Knows tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics
  • Ability to read data and take action
  • Excellent communication and ownership mindset
  • Experience with cross-border FBA and compliance is a bonus
