Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and grow Avatras Amazon business in USA and Canada
- Own P&L, sales, margins, and growth on both marketplaces
- Launch and optimize product listings (SEO, A+ content, images, titles)
- Plan and run Amazon ads Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP (if relevant)
- Track and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR, and LTV
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10, Brand Analytics
- Coordinate review generation and customer experience
- Work with our design/content teams to improve images and videos
- Plan new product launches and rank them fast
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Monitor competitors, category trends, and pricing changes regularly
- Send weekly reports with key numbers and next steps
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years experience in managing Amazon Seller Central for US and/or Canada
- Must have scaled a brand to at least $1M/year on Amazon USA
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads Console, ACoS, TACoS, keyword strategy
- Hands-on experience in listing creation, optimization, and Amazon SEO
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Knows tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics
- Ability to read data and take action
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
- Experience with cross-border FBA and compliance is a bonus
