An excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization Opportunity to take on Head role in the SCM Function of the Organization Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies Lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning S OP with key stakeholders Drive the organizational mission focusing on improving fill rates and achieving top and bottom-line growth Global Sourcing Procurement Lead domestic and international procurement for RM PM Synchronize forecasting demand and supply planning with procurement strategies to ensure supply continuity for D2C B2C orders Logistics OTIF Deliveries Oversee logistics operations including On-Time In-Full OTIF order fulfilment from warehouses and vendor locations Manage first-mile and last-mile operations to ensure timely deliveries minimize returns and ensure customer and marketplace success Vendor Supplier 3PL Management Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers vendors and third-party logistics providers 3PLs Ensure cost-effective procurement of logistics services raw materials packaging materials and SKUs Monitor vendor performance based on quality cost lead time and delivery norms Warehouse Operations Manage warehousing space of 50 000 sq ft operated by 3PL service providers Oversee material receiving distribution Just-In-Time JIT and First-In-First-Out FIFO practices stock audits and space utilization Inventory Management Maintain healthy inventory levels to prevent excess inventory and stock outs Optimize purchase spending and costs by managing non-moving and slow-moving SKUs Implement inventory control measures to reduce Slow-Moving and Obsolete SLOB inventory Process Improvement Automation Lead projects aimed at improving fill rates inventory turnover and overall supply chain efficiency Establish and transform systems and IT tools to enhance process automation agility and resource savings Team Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional team members Oversee hiring on boarding succession planning and career development Implement training and coaching programs to empower team members to achieve their best performance An excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization Opportunity to take on Head role in the SCM Function of the OrganizationA successful candidate should have Post Graduation from Tier 1 or 2 Business School or B Tech BBA from a reputed University Work Experience Min 8 years of celebrated work experience Designation Manager Senior Manager Level Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field with excellent knowledge of supply chain processes Working experience of relevant software e g SAP MM Should have sound knowledge about the industry F B or FMCG and insights about the operational activities too like but are not exhaustive to 1 Inventory management 2 Vendor management development 3 RM PM Logistics cost optimization 4 Good material keeping ability Excellent organizational and project management skills A strategic and analytical mind Our client is one of the fastest growing start ups within the Food Consumer sector with strong brand presence In addition to an attractive compensation package the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing organisation in a high visibility role having a direct impact on the success of the business operations
