Build strategies that deliver consistent, positive customer experiences
Monitor customer sentiment (NPS, CSAT, feedback) & implement improvements
Act as the custodian of customer happiness—making customers feel heard & appreciated
Develop & execute CRM strategies to maximize repeat purchases & loyalty
Create personalized, human-driven customer journeys
Design loyalty & engagement programs to reward & surprise customers
Analyze customer behavior to reduce pain points & boost happiness
Leverage CRM tools & automation for timely, relevant communication
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Proven track record in retention, lifecycle marketing, & loyalty management
Passion for customer-first thinking & customer experience
Analytical mindset with strong communication & leadership skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2 years in CRM/Retention/Customer Experience roles
D2C experience (preferably with fashion brands) and have worked on Shopify (must)
Experience handling end-to-end CRM tools with a strong D2C brand is a must
