Leverage CRM tools & automation for timely, relevant communication

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Proven track record in retention, lifecycle marketing, & loyalty management

Passion for customer-first thinking & customer experience

Analytical mindset with strong communication & leadership skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2 years in CRM/Retention/Customer Experience roles

D2C experience (preferably with fashion brands) and have worked on Shopify (must)

Experience handling end-to-end CRM tools with a strong D2C brand is a must
