Acclaim Consultants is looking for Head Leasing (Female candidate only) for an Esteemed client in Commercial Real Estate

Head / GM – Leasing & Occupancy Management

Location:
Delhi NCR

Experience:
12–15 years (Commercial Real Estate / Managed Workspace / Coworking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute leasing strategy across assets (new & renewals).
  • Build strong tenant and broker network; drive leasing pipeline and occupancy targets.
  • Lead lease negotiations, deal structuring, documentation, and commercial terms.
  • Oversee tenant onboarding, fit-outs, renewals, and asset performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and operations for deal execution.
  • Lead and mentor leasing team; drive KPIs and performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, lease governance, and risk management.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's in Business / Real Estate / Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in corporate leasing, deal structuring, and negotiations.
  • Strong market network (Delhi NCR, preferably pan-India).
  • Expertise in occupancy yield, rent benchmarking, and financial modelling.
  • Leadership experience with team building and stakeholder management skills.
  • High commercial acumen, integrity, and strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in coworking / managed office / build-to-suit leasing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; CRM / leasing tools a plus.
