Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our commercial leasing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in converting prospects into successful lease agreements for office, retail, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote commercial leasing opportunities.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
  • Maintain and update client databases with details of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the leasing team.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing leasing campaigns.
  • Follow up with clients post-site visits and assist in the leasing documentation process.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner during client interactions to build long-term relationships.
  • Gather market feedback and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate or Business background preferred).
  • Experience: 48 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in commercial real estate, property leasing, or related sectors.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Good understanding of the local commercial property market (added advantage).

  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.

  • Number of calls made per day/week.
  • Qualified leads generated.
  • Appointments or site visits scheduled.
  • Conversion rate from lead to deal.
