We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele-Callers to generate sales leads, promote products/services, and convert prospects into customers. The role involves outbound and inbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain customer database (CRM) with updated information, call notes, and lead status.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages).
  • Strong sales aptitude and ability to handle rejections positively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or Excel tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good listening and persuasion skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
