We're Hiring: Leasing Head | Gurugram (On-Site)

Grrow Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Leasing Head with strong experience in both commercial and residential leasing.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing leasing operations, client relations, and property portfolios in the Gurugram market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and developing interior design concepts, planning and executing space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure design consistency and project completion within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

5–7 years of experience in Commercial & Residential Leasing

Strong market network in Gurugram

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Proven track record in achieving leasing targets

Market research & competitor analysis

Strategic planning to maximize occupancy & revenue

Experience in lead generation and business development

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders

Knowledge of property marketing, social media promotion, and digital leasing platforms

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills

Salary: L.P.A
