Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Assistant Vice President / Senior Assistant Vice President - Life & Annuities at Winning Minds LLP. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with managing and overseeing life & annuities operations, developing strategies for growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading and mentoring a team. The candidate will also engage in client relationship management, business development, and regular reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of life & annuities product lines
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and financial reporting
  • Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life insurance or financial services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
