Position Summary:

The Vice President of Strategy will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's strategic plans. The VP of Strategy will work closely with the executive team to align strategic objectives with the company's vision and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Identify growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets, including product diversification and geographic expansion.

4. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

7. Lead initiatives to enter new markets, launch new products, and enhance the company's market positioning.

8. Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to support strategic growth.

9. Market Analysis and Forecasting:

11. Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market demand, competitive dynamics, and growth potential.

12. Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.

13. Operational Alignment:

24. Present strategic plans and financial forecasts to the board of directors and stakeholders.

25. Stakeholder Engagement:

27. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the company's strategic vision.
28. Communicate strategic plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in strategic roles, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Proven track record
  in developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Strong understanding
  of the automotive market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
