We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Vice President Sales to lead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our IT Services organization. The VP Sales will be responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Define, develop, and execute sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships across domestic and international markets.
  • Lead enterprise/B2B sales for IT services including application development, digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, managed services, etc.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
  • Build strong CXO-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and product teams to align sales with organizational capabilities.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client presentations.

Key Requirements -

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, with a strong background in IT Services / Software Solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise/B2B sales, global markets, and key account management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain CXO-level relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to international sales (US/Europe/APAC/Middle East markets preferred).
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
