Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales organization, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, leading and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. They will also drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve organizational goals
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations to manage client relationships and streamline processes
  • Skills in Business Development to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a senior sales leadership role
