  • Lead, guide, and mentor departmental heads across functions (HR, Finance, Projects, Marketing, Operations).
  • Implement effective policies, procedures, and SOPs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring profitability
  • Drive strategic initiatives, business development, and expansion plans.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
  • Review reports, analyze data, and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    Preferred candidate profile :
  • Minimum 15 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in Construction industry ( Hydro).
  • Strong technical knowledge and management skills with ability to handle multi-department functions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
