The Opportunity
Are you a visionary in sales and business development with a flair for sparking growth in the software development services sector? We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to lead our brand into both charted and uncharted territories of growth and recognition.
This role offers an opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape and drive our sales and business development strategies, making a tangible impact on our brands legacy. You will orchestrate coordinated sales efforts through multiple channels — marketing-generated leads, network-driven outreach, strategic B2B initiatives, inside sales, and physical events — while ensuring a positive customer journey from prospect to contract stage.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to design data-driven, creative, and ROI-focused strategies that accelerate business growth.
Your Mission and Impact
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale coordination
Drive innovative B2B outreach initiatives through LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and cold calling
Forecast and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation based on data insights
Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead conversion and improve sales content such as decks, proposals, and white papers
Utilize data analytics to accurately forecast growth in prospects, SQLs, and revenue
Foster close alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery teams for seamless execution
We're Looking for Someone Who Is/Has
At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales within IT/software services, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue goals through multi-channel sales strategies
Strong relationship-building and networking skills with a focus on strategic B2B outreach
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage senior executives and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with proficiency in managing sales metrics, business targets, and dashboards
Dynamic leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams toward excellence
Deep understanding of enterprise sales principles, including solution selling and ICP management
Self-driven and flexible professional capable of handling multiple roles as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint
