Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT - Fresher) Location: Ahmedabad Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (IT - Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for IT sales and business development. Educational Qualifications: MBA  B.E. / M.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field  B.C.A / M.C.A  B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT Key Responsibilities:  Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research and networking.  Generate leads through various online platforms, social media, and cold calling.  Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients to showcase the company's IT services and solutions.  Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business.  Assist in creating proposals, pricing, and negotiations to close deals effectively.  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively pitch relevant solutions.  Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate product specifications effectively. Skills and Competencies:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.  Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and web solutions.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Work Hours:  Full-time, Monday to Friday.
