We are a product-based IT company delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose the right solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting IT products and services effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, pipeline, and closures in CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales / business development.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, software solutions, ERP/CRM, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
