Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose the right solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting IT products and services effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities, pipeline, and closures in CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales / business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, software solutions, ERP/CRM, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
