Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales of IT and digital marketing solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving set targets through direct field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and convert potential clients for IT and digital marketing services
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations in person
- Handle complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiate effectively with clients to maximize revenue
- Submit daily reports and maintain sales records
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in IT or digital marketing industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales
- Good personality with professional grooming
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bike and valid driving license
- Laptop for client presentations and reporting
Note:
Candidates from the same industry are eligible for a salary hike up to 50% based on experience and performance.
