About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python and Artificial Intelligence development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning models.
  • Implement AI algorithms for NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code in Python.
  • Work with data scientists to preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Integrate AI models into applications and systems using APIs and frameworks.
  • Conduct research to improve the accuracy and performance of existing models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, product managers) to implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
  • Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
