The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience with AI/ML development but also the ability to identify business opportunities, engage with clients, and translate technical solutions into commercial value.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & IntegrationDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions tailored to client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into business workflows.Continuously research and implement the latest AI trends and technologies.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in AI-driven products and services.Engage with potential clients, understand their pain points, and propose AI-based solutions.Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing AI capabilities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Strategic GrowthCollaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for AI services.Gather feedback from clients to enhance AI offerings and drive innovation.Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and solution-oriented pitchesQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.Proven experience in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, LLMs).Strong understanding of business development and sales processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical clients.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for merging technology with business growth.Preferred Skills:Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or AI product sales.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Networking and client relationship management experience.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions.Fast-paced environment with career growth opportunities.Exposure to both technical innovation and business
