Job Summary:
The Site Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the real estate project site. This role involves overseeing construction, sales, customer relations, operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of all site-related activities. The Site Head will act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the project site.
2. Sales & Business Development :
Drive sales targets and ensure revenue achievement at the site.
Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
3. People & Team Management :
Lead and supervise the site team (Sales executives, Sales Manager, CRM, etc.).
Allocate responsibilities, set goals, and monitor team performance.
Ensure discipline, motivation, and productivity among staff.
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent knowledge of real estate operations.
* Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
* Customer-centric approach with focus on service quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in any stream
* MBA or PG in Management will be an added advantage.
* 2 years plus experience in the real estate industry with a leadership role.
* Proven track record of handling site operations, sales, and project management.
