Advocate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advocate to handle legal matters related to real estate. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, title due diligence, and drafting of legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Title Due Diligence:

Conduct thorough title searches and prepare title reports for land/property transactions.

Examine historical ownership documents and identify legal risks or discrepancies.

Documentation & Drafting:

Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, MoUs, POAs, and other real estate contracts.

Ensure documents are legally sound and aligned with applicable laws.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution:

Handle real estate litigation cases related to land disputes, tenancy, encroachments, etc.

Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and government authorities.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, and land revenue codes.

Liaise with government departments for registrations, approvals, and compliance clearances.

Advisory Role:

Provide legal opinions on real estate transactions and joint development ventures.

Guide the management on legal implications of land acquisitions and project developments.

Coordination:

Coordinate with external counsels, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution of transactions.

Key Requirements:

Education: LLB/LLM from a recognized university; enrollment with Bar Council.

Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate legal matters.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
