Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Head, located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Site Head will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and manage the site team. Responsibilities also include project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to meet project revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and motivate the site sales team to achieve targets.
  • Hire, train, and guide sales staff for better performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews and maintain a high-performance culture.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Oversee the complete customer journey from inquiry to post-sales.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
  • Maintain and update CRM for accurate lead tracking and reporting.
