The Sous Chef will assist in managing kitchen operations, oversee food preparation and presentation, and ensure high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, managing food safety and hygiene protocols, and collaborating with the head chef to develop creative menus and recipes.
