Job Role: CRM Executive (Work From Home - Night Shift, Canadian Time Zone)

Industry: Food Packaging & Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Canadian clients via email, CRM, and phone.
  • Manage and update customer data, inquiries, and order details in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Follow up on quotations, approvals, sample submissions, and payment status.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare daily reports of client interactions and pending actions.
  • Support sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain communication logs, and manage CRM pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently during Night Shift (Canadian Time Zone).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,262.02 per month
