We are seeking a proactive and high-ownership Sales Development Representative who excels at cold calling, structured outreach, and driving top-of-funnel impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and consistently delivers results.
Requirements
Role & Responsibilities- Make high-quality cold calls to engage prospects and schedule qualified product demos.
- Execute targeted multi-channel outreach across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Research D2C and eCommerce brands to identify potential leads and key decision-makers.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with accurate, timely updates on all interactions.
- Manage demo progression, support prospects during free trials, and assist in moving deals toward closure.
- Conduct focused prospecting before and after major D2C/eCommerce events to maximize conversions.
- Graduate or postgraduate (batch 2023–2025) with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales).
- Comfortable working from the office in Bangalore or Gurgaon.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong target-driven mindset and ability to handle rejection with resilience.
- High accountability, ownership, and consistency in day-to-day execution.
- Ability to run structured outreach cadences and maintain disciplined follow-ups.
- Strong research capability for lead generation and qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to data management.
