We're looking for a Sales & Business Development professional (2–5 yrs) who thrives on prospecting, pitching, and closing B2B deals in technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) in SaaS, BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing.

  • Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to set up qualified meetings.

Client Engagement & Closure

  • Conduct discovery calls, present solution decks, and support demos.

  • Work with the technical team to craft proposals & close new deals.

Account Growth

  • Nurture early-stage accounts into repeat and retainer clients.

  • Spot cross-sell/upsell opportunities in digital transformation & AI.

Execution & Reporting

  • Maintain pipeline health and update CRM dashboards.

  • Meet monthly targets on meetings booked, deals closed, and revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years in B2B sales/business development (IT services, SaaS, consulting preferred).

  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage CXO/decision-makers.

  • Hustler mindset: proactive, resilient, and comfortable with targets.

  • Bonus: Experience selling into international markets (US, Europe).
