
Territory Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites (minimum 90%) to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, leveraging a challenger-selling approach.
- Ensure extensive area coverage across the territory and drive revenue growth for PTCproducts.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Target industries include Manufacturing, ESP, Die & Mold, Aerospace, and Automotive.
- Target Area Peenya, Dabaspet, Doddaballapur, Chikkaballapur, Aerospace park, Hoskote, NarsapuraEtc.
- Proactively engage in on-field sales activities to meet daily and weekly KRAs.
- Lead product demos, technical discussions, and proposal presentations to drive business opportunities.
Understand and communicate Softcells value proposition in the CAD, PLM, and Simulation space.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering– Mechanical(from a reputed institute).
Master's degree in Engineering/Business Administration is an added advantage.
Experience:
4 to 6 years in CAD/PLM/Simulation or Manufacturing Industry Sales.
Prior experience in account management and consultative/solution-based sales is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.).
