Role & Responsibilities:

  • Communication and correspondence: Answer phones, direct calls, and handle incoming and outgoing emails and mail.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Record keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, databases, and other records.
  • Data entry and reports: Perform data entry, compile reports, and prepare presentations and documents.

Office management:

  • Supply and equipment management: Order office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.
  • Office maintenance: Coordinate office repairs and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Visitor and reception management: Greet visitors and handle inquiries at the reception area.

Financial and administrative support:

  • Bookkeeping: Handle general accounting tasks, including submitting expense reports and processing invoices.
  • Support for staff: Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members, including handling queries and assisting with specific tasks.
  • Policy and procedure: Help maintain and ensure compliance with office policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
